BYD Live Status and Tyre Pressure Monitor
Check the last connected state of your BYD without searching through separate screens. The dashboard brings together energy, climate, tyre and body-status data when the vehicle and market expose it.
What you can do
- Battery percentage, remaining range and charging state
- Cabin and outside temperature when reported
- Individual tyre pressures, imbalance and slow-leak trends
- Door, window, boot, bonnet, lock and online/asleep state
Current when possible, honest when asleep
Connected vehicles often sleep to protect the 12 V battery. BYD Connect shows the source and age of the latest data and labels an asleep or offline car instead of presenting an old value as live.
Tyre history can identify low pressure, axle imbalance or a gradual drop across samples. These alerts are aids, not a replacement for a calibrated gauge or the vehicle's own warnings.
Feature availability varies
Some vehicles report only battery and range; others also expose climate, TPMS and body status. BYD Connect keeps unavailable fields out of the interface and qualifies compatibility by capability rather than assuming every model behaves the same.
Frequently asked questions
Why does the app say the car is asleep?
BYD vehicles can stop reporting while parked. The app keeps the last known state and shows when it was updated.
Can BYD Connect detect a puncture?
It can highlight low pressure or a possible slow trend from available TPMS samples, but the car's warning system and a physical check remain authoritative.
Will every model show cabin temperature and tyre pressure?
No. Availability depends on the model, software, market and BYD account capabilities.
